Frankenstein: Out of the Shadows

Ensemble cast - minimum 4f 3m

Running time - approx 120 mins

Frankenstein: Out of the Shadows brings the women of Shelley's original text into full focus, whilst still honouring the central pathos of Frankenstein's fateful bond with his creation. Haunting, evocative, and chilling,  Mary Shelley’s exploration of feminism, the unrestrained exploitation of nature, obsessive masculinity, and cycles of aggression and revenge provide all we need to reflect on where we are right now in history, how we got here, and possibly how we can get out ourselves out of the mess we’re in.
