Since 2015, I have been working with a dedicated core company of artists at Theatre Lunatico. We started out as small nomadic troupe, and in 2017 we became the resident company at La Val's Subterranean Theatre in Berkeley, California. 

Several of our plays have been TBA Award Recommended, with two TBA Award nominations for our production of Bryony Lavery's KURSK.

As Artistic Director of Lunatico, I continued to drive the vision of this company remotely from the UK as we all navigated our way through the challenging limitations of COVID-19. 

With the competing challenges of the post-COVID-19 era, and the impact of AB5 on freelance theatre artists, Theatre Lunatico has now embraced a collective, community theatre model that has allowed the company to keep producing work within our beloved studio theatre whilst many other Bay Area theatres were forced to shut their doors.  An expanding core company of volunteers now run the company, and I continue to meet with them, and offer support and advice where needed.
